Yes - just un check some of the extras under video title to increase it. I have AnyDVD set to remove the 'annoying trailers and adverts' and jump to title menu. This just throws them in the back. I then uncheck them and any other extras I don't want. Clone will just insert a few sec blank spot. If you didn't change the default settings clone will also automatically uncheck unneccesary audio like foreign ones and director's commentary.

I looked and Remove adverts and trailers was checked & it is set to jump to main menu, wich is how I like it. I dont think I know what to check / unchecked in the clone dvd part to take out worthless audio tracks or commentary's.

Uncheck the unnecessary audio/languages and subtitles and this will decrease compression. Get rid of anything but english, keep 5.1 your player will demux it to two channel if you do not have home theater. Uncheck DC's usually if you only keep 5.1 sound you will get rid of them anyway. Keep only the english subs unless you want others.

Does removing subtitles increase the quality? I don't see any change when I remove subtitles but only Audio. Is that right or removing extra subtitles does increase the quality.

Removing subs will not cause that much of a decrease in compression. I usually do it because they are not necessary, the program will keep any forced subs and since I do not speak another language I just unload them. Just personal preference. It is the audio removal which will cause the change, especially with large DTS audio size.
