Question with burning DVD using Nero 7 ultra

I received Nero 7 ultra and it seems to work fine, I am using a DVD writer and a DVD Rom drive. After using shrink the burner automatically starts to burn usinf Nero 7. My question is I would like to know how to set the burn speed so I won't have any issues. Since I am not using one drive to do this I can't see or set the speed.

It comes up when you hit your backup button in Shrink and is under burn settings. Once you set it you should not have to do it again unless you plan on changing your speed.
