How do I play homebrew games? Do I need to downgrade first? Can someone help me?

Remember that you cannot play iso on v2.01 and above. Here is the guide to play emulators on v2.01 and above.

Xicha you cannot downgrade 2.01 japanese or no.

you can play any omebrew game that is suppored by 2.01+ eloader. check here http://www.fanjita.org/gta_working.html
