i have registered my xp on a new motherboard. i had it running 4 a few months. I fried the motherboard and need to replace it.

Can i us the same xp os, or buy another , I really dont want to pay the cash again to keep it all legit..... and then if ya wanna bend the rules. what about that 2nd pc in the house and shareing the os ? i think its inportant to get ms auto updates. But registering your os to a second pc ??? ...

what should i do with this os and can i update a second pc from ms updates ??????

If you bought a windows cd, you are allowed to use it again on a new/other pc, as long as it's your own.
