A similar problem to one below, and I have tried the suggestions (downloading most recent codecs)

Hi there folks

My problem is probably straight forward for you guys

Some tv shows I ahve downloaded the sound is always up to 5 seconds out with the picture,

I have given the files to a friend and they work perfectly on his computer

Any info would be very much appreciated,i use nero shotime and windows media player to view the programs. Even using the DIVX player I have the same problem

I just took the file .AVI to my work pc, and it has the same problem

perhaps it is a file /encoding problem at the source, but it does happen to me a lot

anyone else have this problem?

i run the file through nandub when i have sync issues with my avi's.it fixes the sync problem all together,works great

Hi dvdfreak1

My problem is that the .AVI file I download is ok and sound is Ok but when I burn it into as a VCD using Nero 6 the sound has about 2 second delays. I also try using the Intervideo DVD creator with some of the files the burning is ok and the sound is just about as the dowloaded file but in other cases I also gewt the 5 second delay.

Will nandub work in that case. DO you know were i can get the instruccions on how to use it to solve my problem.
