I plugged in a wireless mouse and when my computer started i got the screen asking how i wanted to start windows. I booted windows booted normally and ran fine. i went to reboot and now i cant even get to the windows start up screen. it freezes at the Gateway logo screen. I put in the restore dvd that came with the com. but it wont read it. I contacted Gateway but they wouldnt help me because i got the computer from Tigerdirect. Running Windows xp. any help would be most appreciated.

i guess i didn't get it to work. same thing gets stuck on gateway logo screen.. please help
