I am a novice trying for thr first time to burn a backup disc for some of my files using Nero Express. I get a message indicate the burn is complete. However when I insert the CD in my C drive to check it, and go to run I get a message "insert disc". I start over and reinsert the disc with the same result. Do I have a hardware, software, bad disc, or is it just plain ignorance of what I am trying to do? Any help or suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks a bunch.

Yes, I've tried two other new discs. I also get the "insert disc" message any time I insert a new unused disc into the internal D drive. Thanks for your attention. I'm just a novice trying to address the problem and any suggestions are appreciated.
