I downloaded a game just to try something......and when i unrar it and everything its not an iso its a .mds and .mdf file. I was just wondering if i have to make a iso to put it on the ps2 hdd or if i can leave it the way it is, and if i do need to make it an iso how would i do this.....thx

not it needs to be an iso i think magiciso can convert it to iso but its not free but if you uses your imganation im sure you will work it out

mount the image to a vitual drive, Nero, alcohol, or just about any burning program should do it, then make it to an iso, how are you getting it to your hard drive ? are you putting the drive into your pc and using winhiip or are you using hdldumb to transfer the game over the network ?

When he said he downloaded it, I think he means he got a torrent and got it to his computer (man, those things are annoying!)

If your PS2 cannot play your backups, and you've already modded it, then try banging at the wall 7 times. It will have a 1/1,000,000 chance of playing them.
