I have a white psp that is firmware version 1.5 and my buddy has a black psp and his is 2.0 firmware version. When I try to play him Gretzky NHL 06 mine loads WAY faster than his does and this somehow causes it to create a error. By the way I don't have the UMD disc if you know what I mean but he does. Any clues?

Tell him to downgrade to 1.5....

If he downgrades will he be able to play people with 2.0 at the same speed or will it create the error for himself?

I've never heard of this before. If it really is an issue with the memory stick loading up faster than a umd, then you're prolly gonna have to use the umd.

I have a 1gb stick and he has a 32mb one. Mine is also a iso game not the real one he has the real umd disc game. Any other ways? His loads like 2 blocks and mine goes all the way and then I wait like a minute and it brings up the error.

Can you even play an iso as an Ad Hoc, that is the question.lol but realy, what is the error? what does it say.

Yes I can play isos with people. It gives a "network error you will be returned to menu" or something around that.

well hell sorry don't know what to tell you. dont play iso's, but if i did i could tell you whats wrong, but i agree with benagain.

I'll give that a shot once I borrow the UMD from another buddy. But if anyone else has a clue on what is wrong please reply! Thanks everyone.

the game just times out , because you are w8ting longer. iso's load a hell of a lot faster than umds, tell him to buy a good memory stick like 1gb and downgrade
