I got the Sharp for xmas. The only thing is that it is for the EC market. Therefore no sound in ireland or UK. We have tried , but to no avail to get in contact with the suppliers (PIXMANIA). No joy, no answer, not even a whimper. Does anyone out there know where I can find the ceramic filter dealing with the sound frequency and how I might change it. Sharp will not help either.
