HDD not found in PS2

im using a seagate 100gb hdd. Everything was working just fine i was able to copy games onto the hdd and play them using hdadvance 3.0, then i tried to take the hdd and put it in my pc to put a game on it and now when i put the hdd back in the ps2 and run hdadvance it says no hardrive found, insure it is connected to the playstation 2. anyone know what is wrong or what i need to do to get it working again

That happeneds to be all the time. SO I had to stand my Playstation 2 Up so the Harddrive would work. I found out that my network adapter is messup but Try to make your ps2 stand up. (well if your using the big ps2).
