@citoried
Welcome to aD!!
Since this is an older one I suspect a bad disc(s). It's been awhile since I backed these up but I probably used shrink burning w/ Nero.
Have you tried DVD Decrypter - imo and experience it's the best for these type of discs. here's a guide for the hard to rip ones:
http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/petesguide9.html Anydvd shouldn't be needed for this one so you can 1st try skipping that.
Also make sure you are not multi tasking - try and keep as much ram free as possible.
What version is your DVDFAB Decrypter? Indiana Jones series are pretty old, so I don't think DVDFAB Decrypter is the problem. The real culprit may be the original disc itself, perhaps, it's dirty, badly scratched up, etc.
Honestly, I've never ran into any dvds/movies if it's new (in good condition) that DVDFAB Decrypter can not rip. Try to clean the disc real good with some dish soap/detergent or cas wash soap and try it again.
Since Indiana is old, try to have DVD Decrypter to rip via Mode, File F and (at Tools, Settings, I/O, check on "ignore read errors"), then OK. Now try to rip the movie with DVD Decrypter to see if you'll have a success.
