burn MediaplayerPRO on a dvd

I would like to know the steps of how to burn this program onto a dvd with nero. I downloaded the .rar file and it gives me all these folders.What do i do with the folders with files in them and how would i go about burning it onto a dvd. thank you!

I have a ps2 slim line and also the swap magic disc v3.3

p.s i would also like to know how to load the MediaplayerPRO onto my usb mass pendrive Thanks so much!!

Thanks for that suggestion sly_61019 but thats not my problem. the program i have dl off the net is called MediaplayerPRO(ps2 allowed to play AVI and mp3). i was wndering how i am to burn this program onto a dvd after extractin it from the rar file and load onto my ps2 slimline memoerycard.IF there are any suggestions i would really appreciate it! thanks

memory card exploits (putting it on your memory card) don't work with slimelines. Im not sure if you can run it off your usb stick though.
