Modded Xbox - dashboard help??

I just finished modding box with Xecuter 3 CE White, black control panel, lcd, IR, solderless... Flashed with X3 3294 Bios. Got regular dashboard, and xbox works to boot up and play movies and games. I think everything is working fine.
Now the thing is that i have no clue what to do next.
How to: change dashboards or anything. What is xbox media center? How do you get it going.
Any help or direction would be great.

if you know how to download torrents go to torrentz.com and search auto installer deluxe 3 and it will find it for you....

Thanks. I got auto installer now and made dvd. I formated C after backing it up. I installed XBMC on C, now am wondering how to get it to connect to my computer to share files back and forth.
It is on DHCP and i can access xbox from FTP on computer.

Use FlashFXP. Here is my setting
On pc
ip 192.168.1.11
subnet 255.255.255.0
On xbox "static mode"
ip 192.168.1.111
subnet 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.11
Everything else is blank.
Connect options:
1/ use crossover cable to connect directly from pc to xbox
2/ use 2 regular ethernet calbes with a hub/router. connect pc to port1 and xbox to port2.
Fire up FlashFXP and choose quick connection. Type in info then select connect. Done.

Got XBMC Working, networked, can ftp to xbox and put files there. Just want to know how now to setup network connection in XBMC to i can access my computer from xbox. SMB?? network
