I noticed that Elby's last edition has higher version number than Slysoft's. I own Sly's version and I was wondering if the last firm has sold the rights to the first why they still updating the same product separatly?

That's interesting - would the version be 5.9? Do you have a link? I wonder if maybe someone is trying to 'capitalize' on the name. From what I understand elby sold their products to an offshore company.
