So my dvd player is recognized but will not work. it isnt that old and hasnt been used that much. Any ideas on why? Or solutions?

If the unit is in warranty check with ILO at this site.

Thats for the 04 if its a 05 there is a link at that site.
They should send one at no charge. Call them don't email them

WalMart on line has these. The rmote is the same as rhe one used in the Cyberhome 1600
