never had any problems burning b4 I came across this dvd. I have anydvd 5.9.0.0. I have clonedvd2 3.8.1.5 DVDfab...Now im using shrink..I must say this one is kicking my butt. I'll get it figured out. If not I guess I'll have to take it back and say it aint playing on the old dvd playa.
I hate doing that. but after burning many movies I was looking at the back of this one and noticing a different burn in it. most are even and most of the time you cant even see it unless you look rather hard but, this one isnt right. kind of burned with weird jagged lines in it and far from round.
any thoughts or is it my eyeballs playing tricks?

I backed this one up and had no problem, there is nothing special on it. Just used AnyDVD and Nero Recode. Either try cleaning it or take it back there is probably something wrong with your disk.

actually shrink pulled thru. Rather bizarre if you ask me. and I thought that clonedvd2 was supreme.

yea so i tried to burn this movie and nothing worked finally after kicking and screaming and burning a few houses down I went back to the store said this didnt work. gave me another one and now its at 15% writing. I dont know what is different. Ive never had any problems before untill this one. I cleaned and reinstalled Nero, updated the burner reinstalled my audio and now its working. I thought I got a bad batch of dvd's. I just bought them and never tried them before.
definitley alot of hard work over a movie. just an update. lol/

Great it worked, could have been the new disks or Nero just being picky. If you have anymore difficulties come on back and post your Nero log. Make sure your firmware on the burner is all up to date and that you are not burning too fast. Happy burning :)
