I know there is problems with the new exploit where "1 out of 20" times the emu might load. Is there anything we can do to help find a solution? is the source code released for this? Im guessing it isnt as Sony will be reading it. But its strange how it sometimes works and somtimes doesnt. Anyone have suggestions for a cause? I was thinking some random possibilities: Memory conflicts, gta error handeling, somekind of firmware protection, buggy eloader?

Ive tried bodging a fix, e.g. taking out the umd during loads, starting from a fresh boot (taking battery out before) lots of things, hope this gets solved soon so the developers of this can work on new and sexy features. really the blokes who found this exploit and made this loader are true legends and have my full support!

Is it a problem with eloader or the emulator your using? does it even work with eloader? A list of compatibles found here http://www.fanjita.org

Hi m8, well the problem is a combination of all, but I was mainly meaning the eloader. Firstly sometimes the eloader doesnt boot, The power just goes off, But if eloader works then somtimes the Emu doesnt work, Im using snes9x, Although they both work alot more since I turned off my wifi switch. Now my latest crash comes from booting the Master System (SMS Plus), which I have got loaded but I got powered-down upon loading the rom: RC Gran Prix..

Ill run a few more tests and let you know more specific details. Cheers

On mine it is "ULES00151S5" and im from UK, but brought my psp in france, and I didnt copy the other 2 folders. I noticed if i changed the last digit to 0 to make it first save it says corrupt, so i guess its stuck on slot 5.

*edit* Ive noticed the eloader has worked since the wifi switch has been off. so im just now trying to get the snes9x to load, that has powered off my machine the last 9 times in a row :(

Must be a different version than yours is it Bashy? Hang on just did a wee check, is yours SNES9X TYL or SNES9X? If it is anyone of these go back to http://www.fanjita.org and download Uo_SNES9x see if that helps... its a better emu.
