I can't rip 'The Longest Yard - Dvd Deccrypter ?

Hi im really new at this but every disc i have tried to copy so far has worked fine using dvd decrypter then clone dvd to burn. I was trying to rip The longest Yard today to file today but everytime it reaches 13% it falls on an error. I didn't know how to post a screen shot of the error message but here are some of the details in the on screen message.:
I/O error
Scsistatus 0x02
Interpretation: check condition
CDB (then a bunch of numbers)
Interpretation read (10)sector 763104
Sense Area (losads of numbers)
Interpretaion - No seek complete


The disk looks fine and i've tried re running it 5 times.
Is it something to do with it being a Sony film?
Or if my settings need to be changed, how do i find out what to change them to?

Please if anyone could shed some light on this decrypting business, that would be great. Thanks for ur time

maybe a bad disc? go d/l like DVD43 or something and see if that works (runs in background)

Thanks i'll give that a go, i thought it might be a bad disc, but wouldn't there be an obvious scratch or something?

Well the files copied to file this time 'hurray" but now it wont burn using clone or decrypter. It says there are 2 file structure errors straight away?
