my psp flashes green but doesnt turn on

ya this sux cuz i just got a psp and the battery is fully charged but it doesnt turn on. I try and it flashes green and doesnt turnon. i have already tried everything like reseting it but nothing happens.

so if i could have some help that would b great

Where did you get this psp? if its from the shops go and return it quickly because i think it has been bricked. If it was from ebay maybe the guy has Dooped you and sold you a non working psp.
Or if it was working fine before and then all of a sudden didnt work. What were you trying to do with it before it stopped working?

what does "bricked" mean like a virus? and i got it from my uncle if i have the warranty will they take it and fix it?

No not like a virus
Your psp has sumthing like a operatinf system called a firmware
much like your windows!
Now when sumtimes tries to run some programs on it which arent supposed to be run it. Theres a chance that the firmware will will be flashed ie Wrecked and that means your psp is also wrecked if you have warranty you should be able to get it replaced might cost you tho.
PS bricked means your psp is as useful as a brick you might as well use it to build your house.

other then that, you could try and find sum1 who repairs psps but i doubt even they can fix this only $ony.

yeah it also works for whoever gets the psp next. then they can just send it to sony. WASN'T THIER FAULT so if they send it to sony they will get a new one.

I did this trick and found the guy that bought the psp. He was pissed off, but then again he was a friend of mine so he didn't care. (that and he didn't know it was me)LOL!!!!!

oh i dont i am gonna find a friend that just bought one and use their receipt and box. return it get the money and go to a different store and buy a new psp

yeah you can return an open box, but the serial number on the bottom of the psp has to match the bottom of the box. Go to someone in the store that looks new and dosn't know what they are doing.

Nah it isn't a federal ofence just trying to scare you...
