Anyone ever use this program? How is the quality of the back-up in comparisson to Shrink or Recode? I"m not worried about how it handles copy protection, I usually handle that before compression via other programs, just wondering how the final product looks in comparison to Shrink/Recode.

I've heard of a few people mention that proggy but I've never tried it out. I think Johnl123 is the one to talk to about it...but I could be wrong.

LOCOENG, you're right, I seem to be the only one who really discusses this little gem of a program, but this forum is after all for dvdshrink discussions.

With the help of an added .dll, this program will do just about anything shrink can (although not as feature rich), it also seems succeed where shrink fails as papapopa mentioned. Depending on how you reauthor the movie , the quality seems to also be the same as shrink's, so is the rip/transcode speed (if not faster). I was able to rip and burn quite a alot of movies with it that would cause dvdshrink to lockup. Version 2.0 is do out soon and is to be much improved.

@papapopa

Turn off your caps, it is against the forum rules and is considered shouting.
