Urgent Help With DVD Shrink!!!

Hi I need some help with DVD Shrink Please. I am trying to copy DVDs and when I start DVD Shrink and It analizes The DVD I have in the Drive I Start Shrinking the whole DVD (menus, exrtas, launguges etc.) and I did one the other night and it took me like 3 Hours so I tried to do one today and it said it would take 369 hours so I tried another one and it said it would take 2000+ hours and It took about 2 hours to get to 1%.
So I wondered if anyone could help me here why is it taking so long and I tried to make it so when it's done it would burn with Nero same thing I tyried .ISO same thing, I even tried DVD Decrypter to save it to my hard drive then Shrink it but yet again Same thing. Please Please Help Thanks,

That was the longest I've ever seen a post without a period! lol
Anyway, did this just start happening or has it been going on for some time now? Either way, I'd check everything to do with the drive. Firstly, make sure you're in DMA and NOT PIO. From the device manager, navigate to your IDE/ATA controllers, rick click the primary/secondary channels and click properties. Under advanced settings you'll see if it's either PIO or DMA.
If you are under DMA, make sure everything is up to date. The software, media, and hardware. Update your firmware and all that good stuff.
Latest AnyDVD to rip > VOBB to blank the unwanted on a DVD > Shrink to compress > ImgBurn to burn = Never starting a thread asking how to backup a movie

lol Mr_Pink I was just frantic
I tried that and it didn't work but I uninstalled and reinstalled DVD Shrink and it temporarily works I can only copy 1 DVD before I have to Uninstall and reinstall it again but I still want a permanent fix. So any help still appreciated

Nvermind that worked twice then stopped. Does anyone knopw another program just like DVD Shrink besides Easy DVD Shrink?

Nero recode 2, umm just wondering, are you having any other problems with your computer..viruses, spyware, anything like that? If so you might wanna 'dust off' your comp, when DVD Shrink was acting like that for me. I started all over, and ever since thent hings have been working perfectly..

Try shrinkto5 before considering a reformat of your HDD, it's very much like DVDshrink but not as feature rich.
