Question about Fastloader/UMD emulator

Specifically, Fastloader v0.7 and UMD emulator vo.8c.

I have a 1.5 psp and needless to say I don't want to upgrade. However, the well of games is starting to dry up, and I yearn to play Tokobot and PQ.

My question is -- will either of these apps load the UMD directly, or is my only choice to dump the iso onto my ms?

AND, is there another app out there which will load the UMD directly, bypassing the firmware upgrade?

I dont have those so i dont know, but you can always try and dump the Isos, im pretty sure they will work. There is a program called Wab version changer, it can trick your psp firmware to say its something else like 2.0 maybe it will work but no guarantees.
About upgrading, like Agent Smith says "It is inevitable"

Hmmm... thank you -- but I was really looking to avoid dumping the isos. Fastloader worked with a few other games -- and I've read too many negative things about WAB to warrant keeping it on my ms

But I refuse to surrender.... I'll pick up a second psp before I upgrade.
