Splitting VOB's error file invalid? HELP PLS

Hi guys new here,
I am trying to make a music compilation dvd my problem is this:

I first play individual VOB files to see which clips I need,
I then go to decrypter and decrypt the VOB file/Ifo file to my Harddrive (Please note I have been able to do the extras from dvds but not VOB's from main movie)
I then open Shrink Re Author find my folder but Shrink cannot find/will not open that particular Vob file???????

Please help me overcome this problem. Cheers

get dvddecrypter to do the entire disk in file mode then use shrink in reauthor mode to find the clips you want drag them to the left box click on compression check that your correct language is ticked untick others untick subpicture boxes (if any) and then backup
