will this option flash a chip or flash the actuall Xbox motherboard?

It will flash bios on the modchip NOT the chip on motherboard.

what if the chip was reflashed after working then it would only boot to the normal dash because we used the wrong chip bios then soft modded it again?

I flash bios on my x2 like 100 times by using the Flash bios on Evox. The bios on motherboard is still original.

how do you flash a chip that has been complety erased then it keeps restarting when we start the xbox but it boots normally?

Which chip do you have? Some of the chips, you can use PC to flash it. Then put it back in Xbox.

xcecuter 3.. and i mean when the chip is on it boots the xbox microsoft screen off and on.. and when its off it boots like its not modded

ok Can you boot the backup bios on X3? So xbox will show "Flash Bios 3.0.3" or something like this. Then you can flash x3_3294 bios your bios again. Make you have the right verion for your xbox version.

well Yu-8 juss told me on msn that he forgot about the 256kb back up bank and he's gonna find the right bios.. can you help us make the dvd flash disk throu this fourm?

got it fixed xbox works fine. i was just sitting there and i remembered about the backup so is hit the buttons and it worked then i softmoded the normal part that wasnt modded and put the bios in the c:/bios and then went to the backup part and flashed it and now all is good again.
