in shrink you select video files or iso . witch one is better to burn with.Idid the same movie with each one.The iso burned 3 min faster is this normal. It is generally recommended to rip to HDD in File mode with all files selected, then encode from the VIDEO_TS folder...but if the other method works better for you go for it, it is your choice, it can be done either way.
