Which firmware to use on Pioneer DVR-110D

I just installed a new Pioneer DVR-110D, the current firmware is 1.17. I checked at rpc1.org and found numerous firmware flashes and am unsure as to which one to use and if any additional progs are required to flash. I am running w2k. Any advice would be appreciated.

I just got a friend to install this exact drive for me the other day. and the current firmware updat is Rev 1.22

and can be found here: http://tdb.rpc1.org/

Go down the list till u find:

PIONEER DVR-110D
Currently RPC1 firmwares based on 1.22, 8.22 INT, 1.37, 8.37 INT, and 8.37 EXT.

and choose the 8.37 ext. That is the current firmware...
