Anyone know how to do this? Is it possible? Do I have to rip each episode seperately

Menus are not possible. You can rip them all at the same time, but you need some editing before you can encode them to psp.

Yeap you cant have menus man, only thing you can do is
Rip the DVD using DVD Decrypter, with "auto" splitting (with this each episode will be a .VOB, Then use Pspvideo9 to encode each .VOB to Mp4, Note: pspvideo9 will make thumbnails for you for each episode and so you will have sort of a menu.
Otherwise just Rip each dvd in IFO mode and select splitting to "none" and youll end up with 1 .VOB for each dvd, then do the same thing with video9.

I was afraid of that. I know the UMD movies have menues so I was just hoping I could do the same. I've tried a lot of software and so far I like psp movie creator by http://www.pqdvd.com/ it does a good job and lets me adjust the volume for better sound. If I'm ripping from dvd I use AnyDVD also.

Try pspvideo9 man ive told alot of ppl to use it and theyve thanked me for it, plus its free. It also lets you up the volume to 500%, and it has the amazing AVC encoding. If your on 2.0 try AVC smaller files for better quality.

What cant it do? convert to AVC? no the newest video9 converts to AVC np
