Ive ripped about ten dvds with no problem but for some reason when I encode with dvd shrink its going really slow it says like 200 hours till its done.Is there a driver or somthin I need to speed it up?

1st make sure you are in dma mode and not the sloooow pio mode. Here's a guide if needed:

Next you can check your settings in shrink:
edit>preferences - uncheck if checked 'run analysis and backup in low priority...'
If you checked 'deep analysis' or 'quality enhancements' in shrink it will improve the quality but take longer though not 200 hrs!
