Hi - if this violates any rules please remove. I have a ton of movies I bought. Instead of paying again to get the UMD's, I was wondering if anyone knew of a movie conversion service for these. Thanks.

Try www.pspvideo9.com its a free windows application that will convert for you

will that allow me to convert protected DVD's? I thought all those did was to tranfer files that were already de-encrypted.

Correct, u will need some software to decrpyt the movie (providing u own thee original disc)there is also some stickies on main menu to guide u through the process.

Firstly get DVD decrypter, go to Tools - settings - IFO mode
where it says file splitting choose "none"
Now go back to main go to Mode and choose IFO and run.
Then you should have a .VOB if you have a few .VOB files the movie is the biggest one.
Next you get the pspvideo9 and convert that .VOB with the video9. Its pretty easy to use.
