Hey guys, I'm going to buy a UMD for Irregular Hunter X.
If I run it with MPH firmware launcher (with 2.5 firmware emulation), will it work?
Or it needs solid PSP v2.5? T_T

GTA will not run on 2.0+ under, and midnight club you can use on 1.5 as I have that iso(tho i've never played it)

hold on i may of gotten it confused.. when u said irregular hunter x did you mean maverick hunter x or there is another game named that, cause if so idk about 'irregular hunter x'

Erm... .. what I mean is loding them from real UMD but with MPH firmware launcher... ...

well i dont think it possible, but im sure if i am wrong someone will post and correct me, but as far as i kno the only megaman games that will work on 1.5 is rockman dash 1+2 which is only megaman legends one and two but japanese.. if i found a english rockman dash i woulda played it.. but that jap sh*t is hard to read

Hey! There's a MPH Game Loader for PSP v1.5!
They said it works for Irregular Hunter X!
Is it true? I NEED A GUIDE TO RUN THIS GAME IN MY PSP!!!

No! I can't do anything with it! It hung when it's loading the game... (with the monochrome MPH acreen). And I've regenereted the ISO... with 1.5 PRX (from Metal Gear Acid).
Please... please give me a full guide to run Irregular Hunter X on my PSP... ... I really really like this game so much... ...

1. Get the Aeana decrypter http://rapidshare.de/files/13940285/Aenea_decryptor.rar.html
2. Copy the decrypter folders to X:\PSP\GAME
3. Extract the IHX ISO with Winrar
3. Go find a file called rockmana.prx its prob in modulea
4. Make a folder on your psp called enc not in X:\PSP in root eg X:\ENC
5. Copy that rockmana.prx into the ENC folder
6. Start the Aeana decrypter on your psp
7. Copy the rockmana.prx from the DEC folder into where you extracted that ISO with WInrar(this is your decrypted prx) if it asks to overwrite clik yes.
8. Go to MODULE folder and find all the prx's,
9. Find a working game (i use world series poker) EXtract in with WinRAR like b4 ( do it in a different directory or a different drive eliminates confusion.
10. Go back to the Irregular hunter PSP_GAME folder and modules folder and replace ALL the prxs in there with ones from the world series poker game.
11. Use umdgen , drag the PSP-GAME and UMD_DATA.bin to right side and then "EXTRACT ISO"
12. Go to umd emulator where it says ISO emulation mode choose "system menu" and now run the ISO (should bring you back to menu)
13. Now run the MPH gameloader.

These methods are for Maverick Hunter X USA. What I have is Irrgular Hunter X JAP!
There's only one folder in SYSDIR dir (the module folder, which contains rockman.prx, and NOT rockmana.prx!) I've decrypted using the decryptor, but still, it hung...
Then, how about the BOOT.BIN and EBOOT.BIN... ...
By the way, Do I need any UMD when running the MPH Game Loader? I do not have any UMD, even one... ... T_T

It shouldnt be in SYSdir
it should be in USRDIR
so you cant find it anywhere in there?

Dont worry about eboot, try just changing prxs part did you do that?
YEAH it needs a UMD it just hangs at loading game if it doesnt have one

I have decrypted the PRXs, te problem is NO UMD!
