I just got a new computer so I downloaded DVD Shrink. Now it is not working the same. I am not sure why...before I would but what I wanted burned in...when it was done it would spit out...I would put in the blank DVD and it would burn. Now it just saves it to the hard drive. HELP??? Is there free programs to help me?? Am I doing this wrong??

Just what burning sw do you have on your new computer. Shrink does not burn on its own it uses another sw like Nero, DVD Decrypter or CopyToDVD.

I am not sure...it is sooo new I can not figure this stupid thing out. How would I find out?? Although I think real player came up at one time. Is there free software???

After clicking BackUp you can scroll thru your Save/Burn options. Choose the option to save to HD Video_TS folder and burn with Nero or save as image and burn with DVD Decryptor. To have automatic burning you must have either of these additional programs.

You must have used something before, what was it?

If it was Nero then make sure you have "enable burning with Nero" checked in your preferences.
