Well i riped a dvd on my computer, trying to make a music video. i was wondering if there was a way to put a song on the audio_ts. the folder is empty and just useless. just tell me if im in the wrong forum.

The AUDIO_TS folder you have is part of the DVD file hierarchy. It is not useless, and is nessecary to make a successful copy of a DVD. If you want to make a music video, you need an Editor. You will be able to edit a scene to produce the effect that you wish.

Try NeroVision 4, Pinnacle Studio, Magix, or even windows movie maker that is already on your computer (if you are running XP). It takes a little while to learn everything that can be done with an editor, but you will be amazed what you will be able to accomplish.

ok lets say that i get a clip off google.video. now when i downloaded it it was in form of .mp4 what can i do to take the sound off the clip. and another thing im using the Windows Movie Maker.

Best thing to do with an .mp4 is to use VirtualDub to save the audio track as a .wav.......for the most compatibiltiy use VirtualDub-mod and you can import MPEG 2 files as well (which you cant do with plain virtualdub)

....and you can select to save the file with no audio if you just want the video track......

...but for hardcore video editing.....Sony`s Vegas 6.0.....yeah it`s a bit steep but it works a treat.
