i realised when using the psp headphones whilst watching a dvd that the max volume is rather quiet, even when i dont use the headphones its still not exactly loud, is there anything i can buy to boost up the volume or should i just get some new headphones ? does anyone else agree that the max volume is far to low ?

Alot of ppl have said it is soft, but i dont really think so. Try using just the headphone part and dont use the remote, i heard this helps. Otherwise ppl have said Ipod headfones are way to go. Otherwise there is a hack that you have to open ur psp and you get crazy volume boost, something about Sony limiting the volume,
1. because it is bad for hearing
2. because the speakers might blow.
I cant remember where i read it, but google it should be easy to find.

there is an option in the psp to increase the video volume
2 more levels which may help some.. im not sure where it is but if you fool around on the left side of your menu you will find it
