I've been using DVD Shrink about a year no problem. Now I'm trying
to copy the last disc of a series (it figures) and I get this: DVD
Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue Failed to read file
" E:\" Data error ( cyclic redundancy check )

it happens after 58% to 59% of the disc has be read.
I've tried to copy it about 10 times same result, I've
also tried to clean the disc.

I don't believe that this is a copy protection issue so:
The DVD you are trying to backup may be dirty or physically damaged (scratched). Try cleaning the disc (I know you state you've tried). Try using your DVD recorder to read the disc to determine if it's damaged in any way. If all else fails, rip the disc first with DVD Decryptor then open the files using DVDshrink.

You can also try ripping the DVD files to your HDD using DVDFab decrypter, then open the files with DVDshrink and proceed as usual.
