When I start to write the disc I get a window that says "source data to large". Anybody have an answer?

I'm kinda new to this, but I thought I read in the manual that Clone2 automatically compresses the video to fit on recordable media. Is there a step I missed?

Do you make sure that slyfox or DVD43 is open before you open CloneDVD2?

Tried opening AnyDVD before Clone DVD2, same thing. Downloaded DVD43 and still the same message. I must be missing something.
BTW the movie I'm trying is The Brothers Grimm.

This may be a silly question but it sounds like everything you're doing is right so just a media check. You are sure you have a bland dvd not a blank cd by mistake?

Try uninstalling DVD43. Brothers Grimm worked fine for me using just AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. I've never used DVD43 but hear that it will conflict with AnyDVD when installed at the same time.

I'm using Imation DVD-R now, but I have tried Memorex DVD-R and DVD-RW. Always the same thing.
I tried with Clone 2 and Any DVD, when that did not work I added DVD43 no go then either so I removed DVD43.

i believe the brother's grimm has some new type of copy protection. i tried using dvd decrypter and autogk and it made the movie, but it was extremely choppy. i tried ripping with anydvd/clonedvd2 and then autogk, and it wasn't choppy, but the sound lagged about 2 seconds.

not sure what's going on. it's the only movie i've ever really had problems with.

Well the trouble seems to be only on some movies. I tried 3 different titles. The brothers Grimm, and Pop Star gave me the error mentioned above. The Legend of Zorro copied with no trouble. Is this weird or normal?
