I hope I'm in the right place to post this.

I have been able to backup my dvd to my hard drive with dvd decryptor,
but when I try to use iso write mode it isn't seeing my dual layer disc (verbatim +r).
For some reason I was able to backup one disc, but I can't remember how to set up Decryptor so it will see the disc.
I have a lg gsa4163b drive with the latest firmware upgrade from lg.

Does anyone know how to set up decryptor to use dual layer discs?

I have been able to use 4.7 gig blanks.

Thank You

Try setting decripter to the default setting. Then when you go to iso write select the mds file. Im not sure if this will help.

scarfitup,
Welcome to the forum. Did you back up(rip) the file W/ DVDdecrypter to HD using .iso mode. If so you will have 2 files. 1 will be an image file and the other will be a .mds file. Click on the .mds file and then it will write. That is the only way to set up DVDD to do a d/l disk
