Problem downgrading from 2.0 to 1.5 ?

Hi,

I'm trying to downgrad my psp from 2.0 to 1.5, having search the forums for the last hour, I have decided to use the follwing guide :

I have so far copied all the relevant files over to the correct place (step 1 & 2).
I have also done step 3 (i think !) in that i opened the photo viewer, but rather than seieng a jumble of numbers numbers got 3 lines of messages (basically saying it had done).
I have gone into my root directory & have a new file "index.dat.bak" as expected.

My problem is step 4, when i go into game & go down to memory stick, it just brings up 2 files with "corrupted data", rather than update.

So i am stuck... can anyone please help at all ?

Like a plank, i may have put the update folder in the \psp folder & not the \psp\game (doh !).
Going to try it again :-)

Sorry for time wasting.... it has now worked !

I now have a 1.5 :-)

Was just a bit scared in case i arsed it up.
