For UMD EMULATOR I USE :
CPU SPEED:222mhz
ISO EMULATION mode: System menu
ISO AND UMD TYPE (game)
UPDATER ICON: REMOVE
USE BOOT.BIN: ON
REGION CODE OVERRIDE: ON
Flash 0 and 1 emulation: off
Like I said I do not get that error but I did notice that while entering
Launch Octupus Boss Room the PSP freezes up.

Kay, well I asked bfore but my question seems to have been shunted to the back, so I'll ask again. Is SOCOM's online supposed to work? Because everytime I press the "infrastructure" button on the main menu, I get "Unknown PSPNet Error." Thanks.

Thanks Jared.Now I get the text about saving the game which I did not get before.But I am still getting the 'Disc cannot be read ' warning before I load up the Gameloader.I have restored the factory settings and re-dumped the 2.0 firmware and still no joy.I know the update is not corrupt because I have updated with it before and anyway the game is starting.Any suggestions?

Yea I got Mega man tio work yesterday night & I got Grand Theft Auto. Does any1 have Street Fighter Alpha 3 yet. Im close to it. I got the ISO loaded to my PSP. when I click to play it you can tell it reads it from the light on the bottom left side flickering. then it just pauses. Can any1 help?

For all of you here is a package(12mb) that includes every thing you need(NO PIRATED DATA) to run games on 1.5 including flash0 and flash 1 firmware dumps. This does not include PRX but you can find them on the front page of this thred. I hope this fixes all of your guys problems.

I cant get GTA to work :(
Should it work with the demo disc?
What settings do i need it UMD Emulator it just says disc cannot be read
And when I dont put my demo in it gets past that but stalls at loading Game
PLEASE help

J kwon , it should work with any umd even demo.
The main setting to check is ISO emulation mode to "system menu"
I dont touch other settings, havent needed to.
Sometimes it could just be your ISO, some out there just dont work.

Make sure you get the 3 step package, its easiest.

But i cant get it past UMD Emulator
Disc not able to be read
Ill download an MPH ready iso and see if it works...

Anybody any ideas bout Exit. I have the jap vers but it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I no ur meant to skip the video but don't even get to see the video?? hlp needed.

And does anyone know how they patched the Y's Ark without the prx files for usbacc, usbmic, usbpspsm, libsha224, and libsha256 ? there not files you can get fromt he acid prx folder.

just reading throught the thread. NBA 2006 works fine with the MPH gameloader 2.00 for 1.50. I "got" the iso and it followed the instructions to load it up via UMD emulator and then started it with the gameloader. the only drawback is there isn't any commentary but gameplay is fine.

The more mb it has the more chance it has of been perfect ;)
Anyone tested the Demo UMD in UMD Emulator i keep getting disc cannot be read :(

Anyone know if ATV vs MSX to works? I've seen reports on both ends and I'm not sure what to believe anymore.
Steps to bricking a PSP:
1. Get a brick
2. Hit the psp with it untill it won't run any longer

I have no idea about the demo disk, but all you have to do is try another UMD and see if you get the same error. I know the Twisted metal, wipeout pure and the UMD of the game you are tryng to run works.

UMD loader realsed!
MPH has realsed a UMD loader that can load GTA amongst other games. Unfortunatly thought the compatability is smaller than the iso loader but MPH says it should be fixed by the next realse:
