Ok i know this has been asked before and ive read all thats been written, but i still dont know what im doing wrong. Also my situation is abit different,
Ok my dvd is 2.35:1 my psp is 480X272 which is 16:9 i have a media player on my psp so i want to encode it to a 16:9 format without black bars. Any ideas?

Ive worked it out, i used Virtual dub it cropped it easily.
