I also need help in running these games. The first homebrew game I try was SmashG. All I did was move the folders into the game folder of my PSP. This game works just find. But when I try Super Mario and Mario Bros these doesn't work, both of them says Corrupted data.

try using kxploit tool to install the games into your ms.

When it loads, It just shuts off my PSP

I dont know much about the games your trying to load,
have you tried SNES emulators or Genesis?

SNES & Genesis emualtors are programs that mimic the consoles and allow you to play retro games like Mario or Sonic.
