hope someone cam help, I keep getting an error meaasge when dvd shrink is analyising a dvd,Failed to read file "F:|" incorrect function. does anybody know what this means, and how to redtify it?

I think it have to do with the copyprotection of the dvd.The protection wasnt removed properly.wich software do you use to decrypt the movie? You should run the movie through vobblanker.This nlink will help you if you dont know how to use vobblanker http://www.k-probe.com/backup-newly-release-DVD-DVDFAB-Decrypter-... .You can get vobblanker from here http://www.videohelp.com/~jsoto/vobblanker.htm .good luck

I usually just open it and back up, can I use DVDFab ?

You can use dvdfabdecrypter but use it together with anydvd wich you can use the free trial for 21 days. http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html . But the link i posted to you before is a guide wich you can use for that movie an if you dont have nero recode you can just use dvd shrink.
