@gengine

Out of curiosity, what's the movie/title of your 7gb ISO? Usually when it says "invalid dvd navigation structure", it means some of the VTS, PGCs or Cells inside the ISO file has some sort of dummy cells, bad sectors/structure, etc. Therefore, DVD Shrink can not Open or transcode. To be honest, I have no problem transcoding any 7 plus GB ISO with DVD Shrink or 7 plus VIDEO_TS with Nero Recode 2 at all.

I suspect your 7gb ISO may be corrupted and or there is a chance that it has some sort of unremovable dummy cells or invalid data structure or protections, therefore, DVD Shrink can not shrink it. What program/application did you used to rip/create the movie into ISO in the first place by chance?

In this case, you may need to run the VIDEO_TS.IFO file through VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 or the latest VobBlanker 2.1.1.0b1 (beta) to correct the bad/invalid structures. But before proceeding with VobBlanker, you need to "EXTRACT" your ISO into VIDEO_TS files using ISO Buster because VobBlanker needs the VIDEO_TS.IFO file in order to function/work properly. VobBlanker WON'T WORK with ISO file period. With that saying, you'll need to have ISO Buster "extract" the ISO into VIDEO_TS, then continue from there with VobBlanker. Just set the INPUT Folder to your VIDEO_TS.IFO via VobBlanker and OUTPUT Folder to a different location, then click PROCESS and it should be fine. Once VobBlanker is done, just load/import your newly created VIDEO_TS file into DVD Shrink and continue on with your DVD Shrink's transcoding process.

Make sure you TURN OFF or don't have AnyDVD or DVD43 or other cracking engines running in the background. That would conflict with VobBlanker only.

If you did EXTRACT the ISO via ISO Buster, process the VIDEO_TS.IFO file through VobBlanker properly without "no warnings or no errors" and your still can not open the VIDEO_TS file with DVD Shrink, then I have no further comment and or help. Your last resource would have to burn the ISO using a DVD+R DL disc with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn.

Good luck!!

Just incase if you're lost and or interested on how to Extract the ISO using ISO Buster. I used this method most of the times when I rebuilt my PS2 games. You can get a free (basic) version of ISOBuster from here http://www.isobuster.com/

Like I said, if Extracting the ISO and it still failed to process with VobBlanker and or it won't transcode with DVD Shrink, then your last hope is to burn the ISO using a DVD+R DL media with either DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. Good luck!!
