When i start the game it says The game could not be started (FFFFFED3)

Make sure u have a UMD in the drive and there are three ways to boot it: 1) Direct load, 2) Copy Load 3) System menu. Try direct load.

Depends what game you are trying to load. Not all games work. Try a different loader. e.g. Devhook, Fastloader, MPH game loader.
