Eloader games won't load

Hi, I have a PSP version 2.01. I just got GTA:LCS and Eloader 2.0. I got the eloader to load no problem. Any games that I stick into the games folder won't load (Yes I know not all games work, there from Fanjita's list of working games. They come up on the list in Eloader, but when you go to run them they just freeze. Exept for attack of the mutants, it goes to the loading attack of the mutants v0.4 and then freezes. Do I have to put every little file seperate into the games folder and not in the folders they came in when I downloaded them? I also noticed a lot of the games have 2 eboot.pbp files, should I only put one in? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
