i have switched service providers from cellular one to tmobile and a friend traded me for motorola v3 (a cingular phone) now i have a tmobile sim with no phone. i need help finding the imei number i no that it is located behind the battery but there is only a mixture of letter and numbers. i turn on the phone and i need a subsidy code and password. thank you to anyone helps. its very greatly appreciated. email me [removed]

I have tried to unlock this razr v3c with every idea I can find on the net, I have installed MPT no luck, can not find my phone. I am out of ideas and back to te net, anyone have any ideas?

There are plenty of places where you can get a free method of unlocking your RAZR. Try doing a google search or check out this thread:

The free methods to unlock your moto can be a little unreliable, and I wouldn't use it on an expensive phone. If you don't mind paying $25 then http://www.phoneblitz.com will sell you a RAZR unlock from http://www.phoneblitz.com/phones/RAZRV3.htm
I used them, although there are plenty others - shop around.
Networks will also unlock your phone, for free if you have been with them for a particular time - for a fee otherwise. The fee varies depending on the network, usually around $50.
