ok i tried to backup the kungfu hustle and it said burn process failed. I have nero vision express 3 but it is on the c drive and shrink dvd is on the f drive. do they both have to be on the same drive in order to put on a dvd-r. dvd shrink encoded the movie fine(took a hour) but after it finished encoding a message said burn failed or error(something like that) can someone please help?

You should put up the exact error. Are you using nero 6.6.1.14? if so, it has some bugs and it will not work with Shrink. You have to save the files to HDD and then manually go and burn with Nero.The error you get is usualy something like "cannot connect TRF". if that is the case, you might want to uninstall that version of nero and do a clean install of ver. 6.6.0.18:

Use The nero Ceaning tool from Nero website to remove current Nero from your computer.

If this is not the case, than putting up a Nero error log would help people figure out your error.

Post the entire log, the last log only.

Nero 6 users should find it here: ProgramFiles/Ahead/Nero/NeroHistory.log

and Nero 7 users should find it here: ProgramFiles\Nero\Nero 7\Core\NeroHistory.log

Each log has a time stamp on it, post the last one.
