If you have nero6 or nero7 installed, you should have a nero smart start icon on your desktop, double click on the icon and look to the left of the window. On the left there should be an application tab that can be expanded (or collapsed), under this tab you should see a nero burning rom selection, just click on it to open the application and display what your link shows.
Here's another link that may prove useful once you've started nero burning rom:

What version of nero is this(6 or 7)?
Is this an oem version of nero that you got with your drive/PC, if so then you may only have nero express.

O.E.M. Versions dont include nero burning rom. They use nero express instead. It is supplied with a burner and has limited features. I never had burning rom until i upgraded to Nero 7, and then the burning rom appeared. If you have express serial numbers, you wont get burning rom.
Im trying to find it at the nero site as ive read it there. I will edit and post when i find it.
Found it!! (like looking for a needle in a haystack)
Quote: I have an OEM version of Nero that does not contain all features of Nero 6. What do I do?
As you purchased Nero with a recorder, you have an OEM version that can only be used with that single recorder. OEM versions are limited versions, which do not contain all features. The manufacturer of the recorder decides about the features which will be implemented in the Nero OEM version. That means your version of Nero does not include all features of the full (=retail) version.
If you would like to upgrade to a full version, you need to order an upgrade serial number or upgrade CD. This serial number turns your OEM version into the latest Nero 6 retail release. It also enables you to use up to 4 recorders at the same time. Please visit our online shop for information and pricing.
Important note
You have to key in your old Nero serial number.
If you don't have it anymore, please contact us again and tell us how you purchased your previous version of Nero.
Where is the serial number for the OEM version of Nero located?
If you purchased a Nero 5 OEM version of Nero/Nero Express, the serial number is located on the back side of the paper sleeve the Nero CD came in. It will look like the following: 15xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
If you are using Windows XP/2K, you can check the serial number via the registry, too. Please open the registry by clicking on 'Start' in Windows. Then click 'Run' and fill in "regedit". Confirm with ?OK?. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ahead\Nero-Burning ROM\info and double-click on ´Serial´ to see your serial number.
or you can click on the burning symbol on the lower right part of nero start smart..
Quote: Nero came bundled with my recorder. Can I use it with other recorders on my computer?
OEM bundled versions of Nero will only work with the recorder they came with. We offer this option to our OEMs to be able to offer the software to OEMs at a even lower price.
If you wish to use your software with another drive, you have to purchase an upgrade to Nero 6. The upgrade changes your OEM version to a retail version providing full features. Please visit our online shop for information and pricing.

@kick88
As stated by MaxBurn, you'll need to upgrade to a full version/ultra edition of nero7 to have access to this feature of Nero.

Thanx for the help, guys. I'm gonna dl the trial version of Nero 7 and see if I like it. Is there any other way to get the upgrade so I can get the burning ROM? Not to sound cheap, but if it's free somewhere, a penny saved.

It says my serial number has expired. I only had it for about an hour. Oh, well. Back to my OEM.
