ISOBuster and my image file

I used ISOBuster (and AnyDVD, if anybody cares) to rip my X-Men 2 Widescreen DVD (Disc 1; just the movie) to my computer, and I got an image file that was... about 7 or 8 gigabytes. Now, I'm gonna be asking some more questions in here (about the downsizing process an' all), but my most serious one at the moment is:
ISOBuster, after going into the Session 1--->Track 1 stuff, came up with three different sections. The images on the side were: a red ISO (title is X2_DISC1), a black UDF (also X2_DISC1), and a gray IFO (simply called VIDEO). The folders inside all three are VIDEO_TS folders, and from what I can tell, the ISO and UDF folders contain the same stuff. The VIDEO folder, though, has all the same file TYPES (BUP, IFO, VOB, etc... regular DVD files), but some very different files (at least I think so, judging by the file sizes).
1. What do the pictures mean?
2. Which one do I need to extract?
3. Why is there an IFO section if there are IFO files within?
I extracted the VIDEO_TS folder from the ISO section and played it using WinDVD, and it played just like the regular DVD, except that it couldn't play the DTS audio track.
4. It couldn't play it because it can't decode it or something, but I'm more worried about how it'll burn. Will the DTS audio track still be on the DVD if I burn it? Or is it in one of the other sections (the UDF and IFO)?
5. After putting it as the input in DVD Decrypter, I noticed that there was a red 'X' next to the aforementioned DTS audio. That's the main reason why I'm concerned that it might not be on the DVD.
Thanks for any help. Seriously. You people are like God... if I believed in him. Which I don't. So does that make you a philosophical concept that exists solely in my imagination?

Hey I got lost with all your guestions. but my advice would to do it like this. while AnyDVD is running rip it using either DVDFab Decrypter or DVD Decrypter. Then use a program such as DVD Shrink to shrink the files and output them as a ISO which you can burn with most any program. ( If you choose to go this route i can go into more details with a exact step-by-step).

I would use DVD Shrink, but my brother insists on quality, so I have to use DVD Rebuilder.
I've already got the ripped ISO on my HD, but I can't use DVD Rebuilder because the program needs a VIDEO_TS folder to work with. The problem with ISOBuster is that I get 3 different paths to work with (ISO, UDF, and IFO), all which contain their own VIDEO_TS folders. I extracted the VIDEO_TS folder found in the ISO path and played it, and it worked fine.
But I'm basically very paranoid and I think that some crucial information is missing somewhere. So I just need information on what the three paths are (the ISO, UDF, and IFO).

If I remember right the Video_TS folder with the IFO file(s) is the one you want. I believe the IFO's contain info on the movie/files. I'd try burnging the Video_TS folder with the IFO's.

Agh. Sorry, I shoulda rephrased that.
When I open the ISO in IsoBuster, I get:
DVD
--->Session 1
------>Track 1
--------->[ISO] X2_DISC1
--------->[UDF] X2_DISC1
--------->[IFO] VIDEO
If I open any of 'em, I'll get:
------>Track 1
--------->[ISO/UDF/IFO] X2_DISC1
------------>VIDEO_TS
So all of the VIDEO_TS folders have IFO files (and VOB and BUP and all the normal DVD stuff). I just don't know which ones I should extract and burn.
I already tried extracting the one from the [ISO] path, and it played fine. Like I said, I'm just worried that I might be missing some crucial information that's located in the [UDF] or [IFO] paths.
Just a note: I think the [UDF] has the same files as the [ISO] does, so I only need to know what the [IFO] contains.
If that's still confusing... sorry. I can't explain it any other way.

Uhh let me try going about this in a different way. What size are the folders? Possible ones you know like a couple gigabytes and the others arent? If thats the case i'd burn the one thats a couple gigabytes.

Okay... I'll explain it...
The [ISO] and [UDF] folders have the same files. The [IFO] folder, though, has a set of (minutely) different files in it.
ex.
[ISO] VTS_04_1.VOB = 1023.97 MB = about 1 GB
[IFO] VTS_04_1.VOB = 1024 MB = about 1 GB
The only difference I can tell is that the [IFO] folder "rounds out" the files found in the [ISO] and [UDF] folders.
If I still haven't explained it properly... maybe I should just test things out and see what happens.

thats what these forums are for,and not all questions are straight forward,but sometimes people read too much into a situation,when actually its quite simple
but on another note,can you tell me why you wanted to use isobuster in the first place???,i am a bit lost in why you would want to use such a route to backup a movie?

I was actually wondering myself, why not rip with something like DVD Decrypter or DVDFab Decrypter, or any other ripper. I only know people using ISO buster on damaged/scratched discs. otherwise, there are so many great free rippers!

Oh, I did use DVD Decrypter. I used DVD Decrypter to rip the image file, but it saved it as an ISO file, not a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS set of folders.
But when I wanted to use DVD Rebuilder to fit the DVD onto a 5-Gb disc, I couldn't work with the image file. DVD Rebuilder only uses VIDEO_TS folders, so that's why I had to open the image file in ISOBuster and extract the VIDEO_TS folder.
...and I didn't wanna bother getting more programs to rip the folders out when I already had one that worked good enough.

If you use DVD Decrypter under File Mode instead ISO mode, it will save as Video_Ts and Audio_Ts.

Another easy way for that ISO without first extracting it would've been to mount it on a virtual drive and then use DVD Rebuilder.
