PSP socom game save onto the PS2 without the game?

I used a gave same for socom3 (ps2) to unlock many things and I was told if you beet the socom for PSP you can link it to the PS2 and unlock many more things.

So cant I just use the PSP game save and exploit it to my memory card or something like that?

well the only other game ive heard of that u can synchronise with ps2 is wwe smackdown vs raw 2006 but thats for unlocking other players.
